Cruising the Caribbean Sea (Sunday, February 18)

Today we are sailing under mostly clear skies.  The temperature at noon is a little above 80 degrees; the same temperature as the sea water.  It is breezy and there is some sea, so we are pitching and rolling a bit.  We are on the generally southerly heading that will take us into Limon, Costa Rica tomorrow morning.
Island blocked in red is Roatan, yesterday's port of call.
Although life has been far from strenuous since leaving Miami, this is only our second sea day this trip.  The first was largely devoted to settling into our stateroom and getting caught up on odds and ends that trailed us from home.  Today has been relaxed with lots of time for reading, exercising, lectures and generally relaxing.
It is a nice way to spend our 40th wedding anniversary, an event our room stewards got wind of, so when we returned from dinner, this is what greeted us.  A thoughtful gesture by two kind people.
We're renewing our vows...to pay more attention
to what each other is wearing to dinner.
