We cruised the Pacific in warm weather under clear skies, the ship's speed and direction making the apparent wind speed on deck just 2-3 knots.
Today each department on the ship set up a game or skill test. For example, Housekeeping had a pillow-stuffing contest.
Passengers got points for participating with prizes for those who collected the most points.
My favorite event was Whack the Monkey, where contestants with foam rubber paddles tried to hit crew members on the head.
